Your Investment
This is a highly curated sacred journey with a keen focus on comfort, meaningful experiences, and honoring the sacred within each participant. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to support beauty, ease, depth, and genuine transformation as we move through Peru’s most powerful landscapes and teachings.
Private Accommodation
- Ideal for guests wanting privacy, spaciousness, and personal retreat space.
- Private rooms are limited and offered first come, first served.
Shared Accommodation
- We encourage you to register with a friend or family member if seeking shared pricing.
- Guest matching, when available, will be based on gender and registration order.
- If an odd number of guests register, later signups will be required to move to private accommodation pricing, or risk forfeting all funds already paid.
Payment Structure
Deposit
A non-refundable $1,000 deposit secures your place and locks in Rainbow Circle pricing.
After May 27, 2026, all registrations move to standard pricing. Deposits remain non-refundable unless FCD cancels the retreat.
Final Balance
All remaining balances must be paid in full by August 1, 2026. This deadline allows final Peru arrangements, accommodations, transportation, sacred site access, ticketing, staffing, and retreat logistics to be confirmed and paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Due to advance payments required in Peru for accommodations, transportation, sacred site access, staffing, ceremonies, culinary experiences, and ticketing, funds are committed in stages and may become non-recoverable once paid to providers.
- The initial $1,000 deposit is non-refundable unless FCD cancels the retreat.
- Machu Picchu tickets, train tickets, lodging commitments, ceremony fees, provider deposits, and other prepaid retreat expenses may be non-refundable once purchased or submitted to providers.
- If you cancel on or after August 10, 2026, 75% of the remaining retreat balance, plus the non-refundable deposit, is non-refundable.
- If you cancel on or after August 20, 2026, 95% of the remaining retreat balance, plus the non-refundable deposit, is non-refundable.
- If you cancel on or after September 1, 2026, 100% of the total retreat price, including the deposit, is non-refundable.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be calculated only from eligible funds not already committed, paid, or made non-recoverable through retreat arrangements.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective only upon written confirmation of receipt by FCD.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical coverage, emergency care, and emergency transportation.

Included in Your Journey
- 12 days / 11 nights accommodations throughout the retreat itinerary
- All in-country group transportation scheduled within the retreat itinerary, including pick up and return to the Cusco Airport at a set group time
- Train tickets associated with the Machu Picchu portion of the journey
- Entrance fees to the sacred sites and locations included in the itinerary
- All ceremonies included as part of the core retreat experience
- Group teachings, sacred site visits, and guided experiences included in the itinerary
- A curated culinary experience honoring the sacred lands of the Valley and its people
- Meals specifically listed in the itinerary
Not Included
- International airfare to and from Peru, as well as flights to and from Cusco
- Travel insurance and medical insurance
- Gratuities for guides, facilitators, drivers, and support staff; expect $225 USD total to be collected as one sum
- Personal expenses, additional snacks, laundry, shopping, and incidental purchases, transportation outside of group scheduled times.
- Meals not specifically listed in the itinerary
- PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, bank transfer fees, and international transaction charges
- Emergency care or transportation due to health issues or any other issue not covered in the Terms and Conditions section of this retreat
