Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to support beauty, ease, depth, and genuine transformation as we move through Peru’s most powerful landscapes and teachings.
Private Accommodation
- Ideal for guests wanting privacy, spaciousness, and personal retreat space.
- Private rooms are limited and offered first come, first served.
Shared Accommodation
- We encourage you to register with a friend or family member if seeking shared pricing.
- Guest matching, when available, will be based on gender and registration order.
- If an odd number of guests register, later signups may be required to move to private accommodation pricing.
Payment Structure
Deposit
PayPal: $1,035
A non-refundable $1,000 deposit secures your place and locks in Rainbow Circle pricing.
After May 15, 2026 all registrations move to standard pricing. Deposits remain non-refundable unless FCD cancels the retreat.
Domestic PayPal payments have been adjusted to cover PayPal fees. International payments must also include all currency conversion, transfer, and cross-border charges so the full required amount is received.
Final Balance
All remaining balances must be paid in full by August 10, 2026 so final Peru arrangements, ticketing, and logistics can be completed.

Cancellation Policy
Due to advance payments required in Peru for accommodations, transportation, sacred site access, staffing, and ticketing, funds are committed in stages and become non-recoverable once sent.
- The initial $1,000 deposit is non-refundable unless FCD cancels the retreat.
- Machu Picchu tickets and certain prepaid provider fees are non-refundable once purchased.
- If canceled on or before August 11, 2026, 75% of the total retreat price is non-refundable.
- If canceled between August 12, 2026 and September 10, 2026, 95% of the total retreat price is non-refundable.
- If canceled after September 10, 2026, 100% of the total retreat price is non-refundable.
- These percentages include the non-refundable $1,000 deposit. Refunds, when applicable, apply only to eligible remaining funds beyond the deposit.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
