SACRED PERU

Return to the Sacred

Are You Ready to Face What’s Been Running the Show?

Return to the Sacred
A 10-day journey of shadow integration and embodied transformation in the heart of the Andes—
where the old story ends and the real you begins.

You’ve done the work—read the books, healed, decided to love yourself, and had your share of A-HA moments.

And yet, you realize that you are still operating from a survival strategy. These patterns keep pulling you back:

You find yourself really just in performance mode—doing more, overgiving, striving, and the quiet exhaustion you hide behind purpose.

This is where that cycle ends.

In the Sacred Valley, you’ll stop trying to fix what was never broken and start dissolving the structure that keeps recreating the same story.
You’ll meet your shadow—not as darkness, but as the built-in survival code that once protected you and now limits your expansion.
When that code releases, energy begins to move again. The nervous system steadies. Presence becomes effortless.

Here, the shaman will guide you through ancient experience.
With ritual, sound, and the natural intelligence of the Valley itself, they help you enter the space where the mind lets go and the body remembers.
Each ceremony opens a dialogue between you and the elements—earth for grounding, fire for release, water for renewal, air for vision.
You learn to listen instead of striving, to integrate rather than transcend.

Whether you’ve spent years on the path or are just beginning to wake to what’s possible, this is your threshold moment.
In this land where mountains breathe prayer, time slows. You start to feel the pulse beneath everything—steady, luminous, alive.

You’re not coming to escape your pain.
You come to reclaim its power—
to let every part of you, even what you once resisted, become sacred again.

Sit in ceremony with the Queros of the Sacred Valley

What’s Keeping You Stuck in Overdrive…

and What Return to the Sacred Will Emerge from You

You’ve been living in overdrive—giving more than you have, managing everyone else’s energy, and calling it love.

In the Valley, you’ll stop performing and start receiving. The nervous system softens, the heart reopens, and the body remembers what true generosity feels like when it begins with self.

You’ve lost your rhythm—stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming.

Through ceremony, ancient remembrance, and quantum embodiment, clarity returns not as a plan but as a pulse. You stop chasing direction and start being it.

You’ve been doubting your own knowing—outsourcing power, mistaking confusion for humility.

This retreat restores your sovereignty. You’ll feel the intelligence of your own field come back online, guiding you from within.

You’ve tasted the sacred but can’t seem to stay connected. The noise of the world keeps pulling you under.

In this land where mountains breathe prayer, silence becomes medicine. You’ll experience direct communion—beyond teachings, beyond seeking—where the divine is not above you but moving through you.

You’ve been carrying more than your share—grief, tension, stories that no longer fit.

Here, the old architecture dissolves. You’ll cleanse through sound, breath, and stillness until lightness feels natural again. From that space, joy is not something to pursue—it’s what’s left when you stop holding everything up.

Return to the Sacred is where you remember: nothing needs fixing. Only listening, allowing, and the quiet courage to let your divine self emerge.

THE PROMISE — What You’ll Take Home

This isn’t about learning more—it’s about seeing and feeling differently.

You’ll leave this retreat with your senses reawakened and your presence restored.
Colors seem richer. The air feels alive again. You’ll notice your body guiding you instead of your mind pushing you.

You’ll remember how to return to calm—not through ideas, but through direct experience.
How to stand in your own energy without absorbing everyone else’s.
How to feel safe enough in your body to let truth move through it.

The stories and noise that kept you in overdrive start to fade.
In their place, clarity rises—not as thought, but as vision, pulse, and power.

You’ll go home knowing what it means to live from embodiment, not effort—awake, grounded, and fully present in your own skin.

Who This Retreat Is For

This pilgrimage is for those who feel the ancient pull of the Andes—a quiet knowing that their next chapter won’t be found in more striving, but in deeper remembering.

  • Seekers who’ve already done the inner work and sense a new layer calling—ready to move beyond healing into embodied wholeness.

  • Leaders, healers, and creatives who hold space for others and now long for a sacred space of their own renewal.

  • Individuals standing at a threshold—releasing identities, roles, or stories that no longer serve the soul’s evolution.

  • Those drawn to authentic ceremony, shamanic wisdom, and the living intelligence of Pachamama as teacher.

  • Souls who wish to integrate the mystical with the practical—to bring Spirit fully into form and presence into every breath.

  • Those willing to let home stay home—to lay down responsibilities, stories, and caretaking long enough to receive for themselves as an act of pure honoring.

This retreat is for those ready to stop seeking the path and start walking as it—fully, humbly, and alive to the truth of who they already are.

Who This Retreat May Not Be For

This journey asks for humility, honesty, and readiness. It’s not for everyone—and that’s part of what keeps it sacred.

  • Those seeking escape, entertainment, or constant comfort—the work here is real, embodied, and often beautifully uncomfortable.

  • Anyone with significant mobility challenges, as the retreat includes moderate hiking, uneven terrain, and time at altitude.

  • Those unwilling to agree fully to the retreat’s terms and conditions, or who feel the need to shape the experience to their own control or agenda.

  • Individuals drawn to ceremony for performance, trend, or substances rather than sincere communion with Spirit and self.

  • Those not yet ready to meet their shadow, surrender control, or listen deeply when silence becomes the teacher.

  • Those who are not willing to be vulnerable and supportive to others in their awakening.

This is a space for reverence, reciprocity, and truth. When entered with openness, it meets you exactly where you are—and takes you where you’re meant to go.

Day One

Arrive in Cusco and be wisked away in private transport to Urubamba and the Sacred Valley

Element: Fire

Your Journey Begins the Moment You Land in Cusco

The moment your feet touch the ground, the energy shifts. The thin, crystalline air of the Andes greets you like an ancient ally. Our team will meet you at Cusco Airport and guide you through winding mountain roads to your sanctuary—Sacred Dreams Lodge.

Cradled between the Andes and the Urubamba River, this haven feels less like lodging and more like a portal. Built from adobe, stone, clay, and wood, every wall hums with the spirit of Pacha Mama—Mother Earth herself. It is where comfort meets reverence, and silence speaks in its own language.

Unwind and Soak in the Splendor of the Sacred Valley

The Sacred Valley holds you in its arms—gentle, luminous, alive. Eucalyptus whispers through the dusk, and the mountains stand sentinel as you settle in. Each casita is a cocoon of warmth and beauty, inviting you to rest, integrate, and let your body acclimate to the altitude.

A Magical Evening to Begin Our Adventure

As twilight deepens, we gather around the fire—the first of many sacred circles to come. Flames dance. Sparks rise like offerings. This ancient Andean ceremony opens our shared field, clearing the way for what is to unfold.

Dinner follows, slow and nourishing, as stories weave and laughter begins to warm the night. The journey has begun—not out there, but within.

Day Two

Mesa of Power & Salt of the Earth

Element: Earth

Urubamba → Moray → Maras

Sacred Dreams Lodge

Rooted in Reverence

The day opens with an offering to Pachamama, calling in grounding and remembrance. Within the sacred Andean mesa tradition, you’ll learn to anchor your personal altar to the living Earth—where prayers become energy, and energy becomes form.

This is not ceremony as performance. It’s the quiet power of being witnessed by the land itself.

Journey Through the Sacred Landscape

From Urubamba, travel to Moray, the great circular terraces that ripple like a fingerprint of the cosmos. Here, ancient engineers cultivated more than crops—they cultivated consciousness. You’ll feel the hum beneath your feet, the spiral of energy pulling you inward to center.

Continue onward to Maras, where over 6,000 salt pools shimmer in shades of white, rose, and gold beneath the highland sun. The air tastes alive. The earth reminds you that purification isn’t punishment—it’s remembering what is essential.

A Feast of the Earth

A luxury gourmet lunch awaits you in the Maras Mountains—local ingredients prepared with reverence, each flavor a story of soil and sunlight. This is a pause for stillness, gratitude, and sensory communion with the valley’s abundance.

Evening Integration

As the day softens into gold, return to Urubamba and rest in the sanctuary of Sacred Dreams Lodge or Inti Punku Valle Sagrado. The body exudes contentment, the mind releases, and the Earth holds you steady.

Here, in the pulse of the Andes, you remember:
You are not separate from the sacred ground you walk upon.

Meeting the Medicine of Wachuma

After breakfast, you’ll meet the sacred cactus of Wachuma—the heart-opening plant teacher revered in Andean tradition as a bridge between the seen and unseen. Known for its gentle yet profound intelligence, Wachuma invites you into deep communion with Pachamama, where the boundary between self and creation begins to dissolve.

This day is not about visions—it’s about remembrance. The medicine works through presence, through the quiet pulse of the land, through the whisper of your own heart finally speaking freely.

Ceremonial Site Options

Our sacred site for this day will be chosen closer to the journey, guided by the energy of the group and the wisdom of the mountains. Each site carries its own current and teaching:

• QuillarumiyocTemple of the Moon
Cradled by flowing waters, this temple holds the feminine and lunar frequencies of transformation.

• Wakai WilkaSacred Tears (Apu Veronica)
A sanctuary of remembrance. Here, the mountain teaches reciprocity and renewal (ayni)—the art of letting go so that life can give again.

Evening: Return & Integration

The evening rests in quiet reflection—a soft landing after a day of communion.

Here, the teaching continues in silence:
You are the altar. The Earth is listening.

 Revelation and Arrival

After days of descent into the self, this is the day of ascent—the pilgrimage to Machu Picchu, the crown of the Andes and mirror of the awakened soul. The body rises, the spirit steadies, and what you’ve been remembering all week begins to take shape in the outer world.

This is not just a site visit—it’s a living initiation into the balance of heaven and earth.

Morning — Journey to the Lost City

We will visit the ruins of Ollantaytambo, then board the train through the lush Sacred Valley. As the landscape unfurls—rivers, cliffs, and cloud forests—you feel the frequency rise. The train itself becomes a moving ceremony, carrying you toward the heart of the Incan dream.

Arrive in Aguas Calientes and, depending on your entrance time, enjoy a relaxed lunch or exploration of the town before boarding the shuttle that winds its way up the sacred mountain.

Afternoon — Walking in the Dream

Enter Machu Picchu, the City of Light. Guided by Puma and the lineage of the Apus, you’ll walk the ancient path of kings and cosmic farmers—a civilization that lived in resonance with the sun, stars, and stones.
Each terrace, temple, and vantage point reveals another reflection of the journey you’ve been living this week: grounding, rising, remembering.

You’ll have 3 hours of access, enough to walk the designated route slowly, with reverence, and let the silence of the stones speak.

Evening — Return to the Valley

After descending by bus to Aguas Calientes, take the train back to Ollantaytambo (~2 hours), then drive for 75 minutes to Chincero.
—a soft landing after the mountain’s transmission.

At Machu Picchu, heaven and earth meet within you.
The Llama—bridge between worlds—reminds you: the path home is now inside you.

DAY SIX

CHINCERO (Ceremonial Day)

Meeting the Great Plant Grandmother

Element: Earth  Power

Animal: Jaguar

Pumas Compound or Boutique Hotel

Descent, Power, and the Roots of the Earth

The journey descends into the body tonight—into the fertile dark where all creation begins. This day belongs to the Jaguar, guardian of the Earth and protector of sacred truth. In Andean tradition, the jaguar is the bridge between life and death, shadow and light, dissolving fear so that only wisdom remains.

After days of cleansing and expansion, you are invited to ground deeply into the living soil of the self. This is a night of embodiment—where vision meets matter, and Spirit returns to form.

Morning — Mesa Teachings & Ceremony Preparation

After breakfast, we will visit a local weavers’ collective. Chinchero is known as “the birthplace of the rainbow” because rainbows are frequent in its lush, high-altitude climate. It is also famous for its rich Inca heritage, particularly its textile traditions, a vibrant Sunday market, and impressive ruins.

No lunch today, allowing the body to clear and align with the plants’ intelligence.

Afternoon — Rest and Attunement

The afternoon moves at a gentle rhythm. You may walk the gardens, meditate, or rest in silence. The invitation is to listen to the pulse of the Earth beneath your feet, to the quiet voice of the medicine already stirring.

The ceremony preparation talk follows, offering guidance on fasting, prayer, and energetic readiness. This is the art of entering the Earth’s dreaming—rooted, open, and willing to feel. You’ll enter a Jaguar initiation, learning to walk with awareness, strength, and humility. Through mesa teachings, Puma will guide you in calling upon the power of Pachamama and the sacred vines—ayahuasca, the “vine of souls.”

As dusk approaches, gather around 4 p.m. for the Ayahuasca ceremony with Puma. His ceremonies are deep, grounded, and fiercely loving—three to four hours guided by the Jaguar’s gaze, which sees truth in total darkness.

Evening — Ceremony of Earth and Vine

As the medicine opens, the Jaguar appears—not as predator, but as protector. She moves through the jungle of your body, dissolving false stories, restoring instinct, and teaching presence through power. The vines weave through time and memory, reuniting you with the original heartbeat of Pachamama.

After the ceremony, a light soup dinner helps you return to the center. The night closes in quiet reflection—your body, a vessel of grounded light.

The Jaguar teaches: to meet the Earth is to remember you were never separate from her.
This is the night you stop reaching for the divine above—and find it rooted within.

Morning Departure to Puno

We will leave Cusco early in the morning aboard a bus for Puno, a vibrant town nestled on the shores of Lake Titicaca. Along our route, we will visit the awe-inspiring Temple of Wiracocha, dedicated to the Inca deity known as the giver of life. This ancient temple, believed to have been constructed after a volcanic eruption to appease the god and ensure good fortune, is a powerful site for spiritual connection.

Ceremony at the Temple of Wiracocha

Our guides will lead us in a moving ceremony at the Temple of Wiracocha, connecting us to the source of life and helping us set our intentions for the days ahead. This sacred ritual invites you to open your heart and align with the divine energies of this ancient site.

DAY TEN

CROP CIRCLES, MEGALITHS, AND THE ARAMU MURU-THE PORTAL OF LIGHT

Morning Visit to Pre-Inca Crop Circles

Today, we travel south to visit the monumental pre-Inca crop circles. Their stunning circular design showcases an ancient understanding of sacred geometry, leaving you in awe of its intricate beauty, scale, and purpose.

Exploration of Inka Camaña

Next, we’ll journey to Inka Camaña, where pre-Inca astronomers erected megalithic structures to align with the rising sun. As we explore the carved stone stairways and altars overlooking Lake Titicaca, we will perform a ceremony to honor “Asiru Patjata,” the great snake of the volcano. This powerful ritual connects us with the transformative energies of the land.

Afternoon at Aramu Muru: The City of Spirits

Our final stop will be Aramu Muru, also known as the “City of the Spirits.” The Inca believed this massive stone doorway to be a portal, allowing priests and shamans to traverse the Inca empire or even journey to astral planes.

In the 90s, Jorge Luis Delgado Mamani dreamed of a reddish place from another world where he walked on a marble pavement leading to a door that gave off a bluish light. This dream recurred during his youth; it was not until, by chance, that he heard from some local shamans about a mysterious “door of the spirits,” which gave him a clue as to where this place could be found. Only after one of his guides encouraged him to explore the northern area of Puno did he discover this beautiful place called Aramu Muru, where he affirms that he could see a bright light coming out of it as if it were open. Our guides will lead us in practice to activate our inner light before continuing to the portal The“drinking place of the Inca,” where they imbibed light.

At Sillustani, you will encounter the impressive chullpas, or burial towers, constructed by the pre-Inca civilization.
