THE MAIN CONFERENCE
Itinerary
The following six-day program is the conference itinerary provided by the organizers and forms the heart of the Andean Healing: Initiation Retreat & Conference.
Day One
FEBRUARY 3
Arrival • Kintu Ceremony • Fire Ceremony
Arrival in Cusco followed by a group transfer into the Sacred Valley. Along the journey the group offers a traditional Kintu Ceremony of three sacred coca leaves to the Apukunas, the Andean Masters and Spirits of the Mountains. After time to relax, Jorge Luis Delgado welcomes the group with an introductory meeting, permission ceremony, and introduction to the Apukunas before the opening Fire Ceremony, releasing what no longer serves.
Day Two
FEBRUARY 4
Solar Consciousness • Urco • Inti Karpay
Conference presentations explore Ayahuasca and ancient cultures before traveling to Urco near Calca for a traditional Chicha Ceremony with a Q'ero Master. Jorge Luis Delgado then leads the Solar Ceremony of the Snake followed by advanced Inti Karpay initiations dedicated to awakening the Inner Sun, activating inner fire, and cultivating luminous leadership.
Day Three
FEBRUARY 5
Pachamama • Ñaupa Iglesia • Deep Ayni
The morning conference explores Wachuma (San Pedro), ancient healing traditions, and the diversity of sacred cacti used throughout the Andes. The journey continues to Ñaupa Iglesia, a place revered for ceremony, astronomical observation, and communion with the Sacred Mountains. The day centers on embodying the consciousness of Pachamama through reciprocity, presence, and direct relationship with the Earth.
Day Four
FEBRUARY 6
Moon • Stars • Cosmic Consciousness
Conference presentations introduce Willka Bobinsana, Uchusanango, and other Amazonian healing plants before traveling to Quillarumiyoc, the ancient lunar sanctuary beneath Ancahuasi Mountain. The ceremonies of this day focus on lunar awareness, stellar consciousness, ancestral remembrance, and expanding perception beyond the personal self.
Day Five
FEBRUARY 7
Paq'o • Hampiq • Consecration
The final full day of the conference is dedicated to the Consecration of the Server. Through advanced initiations, healing transmissions, and ceremonial practices, participants seal the work of the previous days while consciously accepting the responsibility of sacred service. The day concludes with the final Hatun Karpay, activation of the healing hands, presentation of the power stone, the sacred breath of Sami, an oath of conscious service, and a major closing Despacho Ceremony.
Day Six
FEBRUARY 8
Departure
Following breakfast, the group transfers to Cusco Airport for flights to Lima and onward international connections home. The conference concludes with the initiations, ceremonies, and teachings of the Sacred Valley carried forward into daily life.
