Peru 2027
Terms, Conditions, Release of Liability,
Assumption of Risk & Participant Agreement
Please read this agreement in its entirety before registering, paying a deposit, making any additional payment, or participating in any part of the Peru 2027 retreat, conference, or optional extensions scheduled between January 31 and February 14, 2027.
1. Retreat and Extension Pricing
All prices are stated in United States Dollars. The applicable price is the published price in effect on the date the Organizer receives the Participant’s required deposit. Promotional or early registration pricing, when offered, will be published separately on the official registration page and may be subject to deadlines, availability, and additional conditions.
| Program | Dates | Shared / Double Occupancy | Private / Single Occupancy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main Andean Healing Initiation Retreat & Conference | February 3–8, 2027 | $1,997 per person | $2,347 per person |
| Nasca Pre-Conference Extension | January 31–February 3, 2027 | $1,097 per person | $1,292 per person |
| Machu Picchu & Cusco Post-Conference Extension | February 8–11, 2027 | $1,717 per person | $2,017 per person |
| Lake Titicaca Post-Conference Extension | February 11–14, 2027 | $1,090 per person | $1,250 per person |
Optional extensions are separate program selections. Registration for the main retreat does not automatically include any extension. Each selected extension is subject to availability, minimum participation requirements, accommodation availability, and the payment and cancellation terms in this Agreement.
The total price of a Participant’s journey is calculated from the published price of the Main Andean Healing Initiation Retreat & Conference, the selected accommodation type, and each optional extension selected during registration. The official Registration Page controls the Participant’s final calculated journey total.
2. Payment Terms
A $550 non-refundable registration deposit is required to reserve a space unless the Participant elects to pay the selected journey in full at the time of registration. The $550 deposit is applied toward the Participant’s total journey investment and becomes non-refundable when payment is received.
To secure the current published Peru 2027 pricing, the required $550 deposit or full journey payment must be received no later than October 1, 2026, subject to space and accommodation availability.
Beginning October 2, 2026, all published retreat and extension prices increase by 10%. Registrations received on or after October 2, 2026 are subject to the then-current published pricing shown on the official Registration Page.
For Participants who pay the $550 deposit rather than paying in full, remaining-balance payment requests or invoices will begin on or about October 21, 2026. The full remaining balance must be received no later than November 1, 2026.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by November 1, 2026 may result in cancellation of the Participant’s reservation and forfeiture of the non-refundable $550 deposit and any other amounts that have become non-refundable under this Agreement.
Zelle payments do not include an added FCD processing fee. PayPal payments include the applicable PayPal processing amount calculated and disclosed on the Registration Page before checkout. Participant is responsible for any additional bank, transfer, exchange, card, intermediary, or similar transaction fees imposed by Participant’s own financial institution or payment provider. The Organizer must receive the full amount due after any such charges.
Payments made by Zelle, PayPal, or any other payment method expressly accepted by the Organizer are subject to the same payment deadlines, cancellation provisions, and non-refundable terms stated in this Agreement.
3. Included in the Program Price
Each program includes only the accommodations, transportation, meals, admissions, guides, ceremonies, conference sessions, and other items expressly listed in the final published itinerary for that specific program, subject to reasonable operational adjustments of substantially similar value.
The main retreat and each extension have different inclusions. Participants are responsible for reviewing the final itinerary and inclusions for every program they select.
4. Not Included
- International airfare to and from Peru
- Domestic airfare unless expressly stated in writing
- Travel insurance
- Medical insurance
- Emergency evacuation or rescue costs
- Hospitalization or medical treatment
- Personal purchases
- Laundry
- Additional meals not listed in the final itinerary
- Gratuities
- Passport, visa, customs, immigration, or entry costs

- Costs arising from personal itinerary changes or Participant decisions
- Processing, transfer, exchange, banking, credit card, or PayPal fees
5. Cancellation, Payment Deadlines & Refund Policy
All retreat balances must be paid in full no later than November 1, 2026. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing and become effective only upon the Organizer’s written acknowledgment of receipt.
The $550 registration deposit is non-refundable from the time it is received, except if A Foundation for Creative Dynamics (FCD) or the official organizer in Peru cancels the applicable retreat or selected program before it begins as described below.
If Participant cancels before October 24, 2026, amounts paid directly to FCD in excess of the non-refundable $550 deposit remain refundable, subject to the terms of this Agreement and excluding separately purchased third-party services, insurance, airfare, or other amounts not paid directly to FCD.
Beginning October 24, 2026, all additional amounts paid toward the Participant’s selected retreat, conference, and extensions become non-refundable. From that date forward, the $550 deposit and all additional retreat payments received by FCD are non-refundable if Participant cancels.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by November 1, 2026 may result in cancellation of the Participant’s reservation. In that event, the $550 deposit and all other amounts that have become non-refundable under this Agreement will be forfeited.
The parties acknowledge that these non-refundable provisions reflect advance commitments, administrative costs, limited capacity, hotel and accommodation reservations, transportation reservations, sacred-site access, permits, guide commitments, ticketing, staffing, ceremony arrangements, and supplier obligations associated with operating the Peru 2027 journey.
If A Foundation for Creative Dynamics (FCD) or the official organizer in Peru cancels the retreat or an applicable selected program before it begins, all funds paid directly to FCD for the cancelled retreat or selected program will be returned in full. This refund obligation applies only to amounts actually paid directly to FCD and does not include airfare, travel insurance, independently booked lodging, visa costs, personal travel arrangements, payment-provider charges that are not recoverable by FCD, or other third-party expenses incurred independently by Participant.
Cancellation of one selected extension does not automatically cancel or alter any other selected program. Each program selection remains subject to its applicable price, payment status, and cancellation consequences.
6. Assumption of Travel Risks
Participant understands and voluntarily accepts all risks associated with international travel to Peru, travel within Peru, group travel, and participation in the retreat, conference, and extensions, including but not limited to illness, injury, disability, death, altitude sickness, dehydration, food reactions, emotional distress, crime, transportation incidents, delayed medical care, weather events, strikes, natural disasters, terrain hazards, insects, animals, and unforeseen dangers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant, on behalf of Participant and Participant’s heirs, spouse, family members, estate, beneficiaries, insurers, assigns, successors, agents, representatives, and any person or entity claiming through Participant, fully releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Organizer, affiliates, guides, teachers, assistants, employees, volunteers, hotels, vendors, ceremony leaders, contractors, land operators, transportation providers, local organizers, and service providers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, attorney fees, expenses, injuries, emotional distress, property damage, disability, death, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Peru 2027 retreat, conference, or extensions.
9. Medical Fitness & Responsibility

10. Participant Conduct / Removal Without Refund
Organizer may, in sole discretion, restrict, suspend, deny participation to, or remove any Participant from any activity or the retreat in its entirety, without refund or compensation, if Participant fails to follow instructions, creates safety concerns, is disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, violates laws or venue rules, harasses others, destabilizes the group experience, or acts contrary to retreat standards and respectful conduct. Any such decision by Organizer shall be final.
11. Itinerary / Provider Changes

13. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability of Organizer for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Participant to Organizer for the land portion of the affected selected program only. Organizer shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, emotional distress, speculative, or special damages.
14. Governing Law / Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any dispute arising from or related to the Peru 2027 retreat, conference, or extensions shall first be submitted in writing to Organizer, and the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) days.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration in Oregon, except claims properly brought in small claims court where permitted by law. Participant waives any right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. The prevailing party in any dispute may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement / No Reliance / Electronic Acceptance
This Agreement, together with registration materials and published pricing, itinerary disclosures, payment terms, and cancellation terms, constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and Organizer regarding the Peru 2027 retreat, conference, and any selected extensions.
Participant acknowledges they are not relying on verbal statements, social media posts, informal messages, or representations not expressly contained in this written Agreement or the official published registration materials.
