Your Investment

A $500 USD Deposit per person plus a 3% handling fee if paying by PayPal holds your spot at the following special price if received by November 12, 2022.

$515 by PayPal

$500 if paid through ZELLE

The deposit is non-refundable. Unless cancelation by Toltecnology occurs.

$5350 USD Double occupancy. The remaining balance of $4850 plus Paypal fee of $194USD must be paid in full by January 15, 2023. If paid by ZELLE $4850. Cancelation after January 23, 2023 results in a total loss of funds.

$6200 USD Single occupancy. The remaining balance of $5700 plus $228 USD handling fee must be paid in full by January 15, 2023. If paying with Paypal.
If paying through ZELLE $5700 is due.
Cancelation after January 23, 2023 results in a total loss of funds.

AFTER November 12, 2022, THE COST IS

$6400 USD Double occupancy DUE IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. Plus $256 handling fee if paid through Paypal.
$7250 Single occupancy DUE IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. Plus $290 handling fee if paid through Paypal.
Cancelation after January 23, 2023 results in a total loss of funds.

PAYMENT OF FUNDS

I currently am accepting PAYPAL or ZELLE. Please consult the Paypal website for currency exchange rates. This must be correctly calculated by you in your payment.
All foreign currency exchanges must be handled by you. I accept only US Dollars.
Any failure to calculate fees accurately can result in fees applied by me.
All funds must be received in full by JANUARY 15, 2023.
To submit funds please contact me below and you will receive the links for my Paypal or Zelle account.
I also will accept one-party checks. Please contact me for arrangements.
If you sign up for double occupancy and are a single person, TOLTECNOLOGY will pair you up with another person. Men with men and women with women. In the event that there is an odd number of participants, and you can’t be paired up with another participant, you will be responsible for the surcharge for single occupancy.
The pairings will be determined on a first pay first-served basis. This means that if you make your deposit early you will be the first to be paired up. If you wait until the last minute you risk the chance of not getting paired up. Resulting in you incurring the cost of single occupancy.
Guarantee your double occupancy, by getting a friend or family member excited and be your roommate.

Flights

You must arrive at the Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru on April 23, 2023 in time to catch an 11:20 am flight to Cusco. and depart on May 06, 2023 AFTER 7:30PM

An inter-Peruvian flight will be provided from Lima to Cusco, will depart Lima at 11:20am You must arrive in time to catch the 11:20am flight on April 23, 2023. If your flight is delayed and you miss the connection in Lima to Cusco you must arrange your own flight. This will also mean that you will miss the transportation from Cusco to the first-night accommodations in Urubamba. You will need to arrange this also, AT YOUR EXPENSE.

A return flight from Juliaca to Lima is scheduled for 3:50pm arriving in Lima at approx. 5:20pm on May 06, 2023. (If you need a different time you will need to schedule and pay for it separately as well as the transportation to the Juliaca airport. Failure to meet either of these prescheduled flights doesn’t reduce your total cost due, to Toltecnology. They are built into the cost and will be scheduled by January 01, 2023. Your departing flight from Lima to your final home destination should depart no earlier than 7:30 pm. Departing time recommendations may change based on COVID policies set by your country of origin and/or the Peruvian government.

If you are not arriving and/or departing in time to be on those transports, you must arrange your own transportation via the airline of your choice (at your cost). The cost for these flights is built into the pricing and is nonrefundable if you should need to make other flight arrangements. This also includes the transportation to Juliaca airport. all this must be arranged by you at your expense.

A Foundation for Creative Dynamics-TOLTECNOLOGY reserves the right to cancel this retreat at any time, resulting in a refund of all paid funds.
