Join me every Friday at 9 am (PT) for an energy glow-up. Through a combination of several traditions and techniques, I’ll guide you to shift your frequency and find the innate stillness of your heart and anchor your mind to it. We will illuminate different points of reference into your consciousness, so you can return to them at any point in your day, to bring you back into alignment with your greatest power. This renewed awareness of who you really are will help you release attachment to the outcome. You will also find it gives you ease and grace as you navigate your day, removing you from a constant need to achieve and accomplish.
